What We Do
When wildfires in our region grow large enough to bring in Washington State resources, someone has to feed the crews: long days, hard work, and hundreds of hungry firefighters and support personnel who run on the fuel you put in front of them.
That's where we come in. CG Public House & Catering is a Tri-Cities-based Washington State catering contractor, called on to deliver hot, high-energy meals during wildfire and emergency response. Everything is made from scratch in our Kennewick commercial kitchen and delivered hot to the crews: real food, not pre-packaged trays.
It's demanding work on an unpredictable schedule, and we're built for it. Reliable food, served safely and on time, so the people on the line can focus on the job.

How It Works
Every meal is made in our fully licensed Kennewick commercial kitchen: real, hearty food cooked the same way we cook for our restaurant and catering clients. No pre-packaged trays.
We bring the food to the crews: hot, set up, and ready to eat wherever they're based. A hearty hot breakfast, sack lunches to carry out to the fire line, and a hearty hot dinner keep them fueled through long shifts.
We're not a mobile field-kitchen contractor; we're your local caterer. That means made-from-scratch quality, delivered fast, from a team that's part of the same community you're protecting.
Built for Emergency Response
Feeding up to roughly 500 people per meal, and scaling to whatever the crew count calls for without dropping the quality.

We're a Washington State catering contractor, called in when state wildfire resources mobilize. We've also stepped in for federal agencies on smaller fires on federal land, when the incident was too small to bring in a nationally contracted caterer.
