CG Public House & Catering ("CG", "we", "us") operates cgpublichouseandcatering.com from Kennewick, Washington. This page explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• Information you give us in forms. When you place a holiday order, reserve a table, book an event seat, pay a catering invoice, or send a catering request, we collect what you enter: your name, phone, email, and the details of your order, reservation, or event.
• Email list signups. If you join our email list, we keep your email address so we can send you menus, events, and specials.
• Basic site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, general region, device type). This uses cookies and collects no form contents.

Payments and card information

Card payments are processed by Elavon, our payment processor, inside their secure payment window. Your card number never touches our website or our servers. For buffet reservations, Elavon stores the card on file under your reservation number for our no-show policy; our records keep only the last four digits for reference. For purchases, our records keep the payment amount and Elavon's transaction number.

How we use your information

• To prepare and fulfill your orders, reservations, and events, and to contact you about them.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
• To improve the website using aggregate analytics.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who make the site work: Netlify (website hosting and form storage), Elavon (payment processing), and Google (analytics).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email any time with the link in the email, or by contacting us.
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@cgcatering.com or calling (509) 783-0128. We will respond within a reasonable time, keeping only what we need for completed transactions and legal records.
• Block analytics cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out tool. The site works fine without them.

Children

Our site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
