Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use cgpublichouseandcatering.com, operated by CG Public House & Catering ("CG", "we", "us") at 9221 W Clearwater Ave, Kennewick, WA 99336. By placing an order, making a reservation or booking, or making a payment on this site, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Washington sales tax is added where it applies.
• Card payments are processed securely by Elavon. Your card number never touches our website.
• If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before your order is filled and you may cancel for a full refund.

Holiday meals to go

• Holiday orders are prepaid in full when you order.
• Because every meal is made to order, all sales are final: no refunds or cancellations. If something is wrong with your order, call us right away and we will make it right.
• Pick up during the day and time you choose. Delivery is offered only within the listed delivery area, for the listed fee.
• Hot service and delivery are optional add-ons, charged at the amount shown at checkout.

Thanksgiving buffet reservations

• A card is kept on file to hold your table. It is not charged when you reserve.
• If your party does not arrive for its reservation, a $50 no-show fee may be charged to that card.
• Buffet prices are paid at the restaurant. Seatings are limited to 90 minutes, and gratuity is added to all checks.
• To change or cancel, call (509) 783-0128 ext. 4 before your seating. Tables are assigned by our staff and may change when needed.
• Bar tables are for parties where everyone is 21 or older. Staff may check ID.

Ticketed events (such as New Year's Eve)

• Event seats are paid in full when you book.
• Tables are assigned in the order bookings are paid. Parties smaller than a full table may share a table with other guests.
• Need to change or cancel? Call us at (509) 783-0128 and we will take care of you.

Catering

• Catering events are governed by your signed catering agreement and invoice, which control if they differ from these terms.
• Invoices include a 20% operations charge. Any gratuity you add online is optional and goes to the staff who served your event.

Allergies and food safety

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, egg, soy, and nuts. We will do our best with allergy requests noted on your order, but we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.

Using this site

• Please give accurate contact and payment information.
• Some links take you to other services, such as DoorDash for everyday online ordering. Their own terms apply there.
• Menus, prices, hours, and events can change. We keep the site current, but the restaurant's confirmation is final.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order, reservation, or payment is limited to the amount you paid us for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
